Sidamo. Valued for its deep and sometimes chocolate tones this coffee also exhibits pine citrus and forest floor characters. This is one for the connoisseurs. Great black but makes a beautifully weighted white coffee as well. If you drink it black, try a slice of lemon in it. It might surprise you.
